Ever since my fingers had the strength to push down on a piano key, music has been the force of nature behind my artistic journey. Today, as a composer and sound designer, I research and experiment with sound through collaborations with diverse disciplines; video installation, documentary, experimental animation and performing arts.
My music aesthetic is characterized by a meticulous investigation of color and texture that seek interesting points of contact between the analog and organic feel.
My fascination for assembling experimental electronic music with acoustic instrumentation can be seen in my personal project “Murmuro”, a melting pot of IDM, cinematic music and jazz, where I collaborate with a wind ensemble and a string quartet, processing their sound through my synthesizers to produce electroacoustic.
The curiosity for crafting sound in this artisanal way has resulted in a personal collection of instruments, effect pedals and other sound devices that are ideal for creating unique and visceral sound universes.
Currently, my path is focused on exploring electronic music in environments or projects that are interested in experimenting with sound to create emotionally evoking live experiences.
